3. Iliotibial Band
Start Position
1. Place foot onto phone book
2. Both legs straight
3. Body upright
Finish Position
1. Hip check the hip, on the side of the book, out to
the side.
Common Errors
1. Bending the knees
2. Leaning upper body forwards or backwards
