Regarding your doubts about the presence of a lake instead of the target habitat 3260 (letter of 18/07/2014), I refer to my previous letter of 30/01/2014, where it is explained that we consider the current situation a naturalistic improvement under several points of view, in particular for Habitat 3260 that was progressively restored within action C2 of the project with the active involvement of the Veneto Agricoltura staff. T would like 10 assure you that your observations on fishing activities contained in the after-LIFE conservation plan (points 3 and 4 of your letter of 18/07/2014 and point 2 of your letter of 25/08/2014) have been highlighted also by our services and clarifications have already been requested from the Province of Vicenza, the Coordinating Beneficiary of the LIFE Project Sor.Ba. The replies we received from the Province are being evaluated by cur services. I will keep you informed on the results of this evaluatior.
