Course Information
This is a pre-employment accredited training program designed to train individuals
who are new or looking to work in the Oil and Gas industry. The course is designed as
per the Drilling industry standards. It is designed to give a good knowledge of drilling
practices. It also covers basic rotary drilling practices and rotary rig components.
Drilling Prodigy clearly explains drilling to non-technical persons. Oil drilling
operations is a complex task and as a result, it is hard to make the drilling process
understandable. To help students understand, however, this course not only describes
parts and techniques in simple terms, it also tells why a part or a technique is necessary.
This course is delivered on a 30% class room and 70% field. Students will experience
hands-training at a rig site.
