Truck Description:
Based on Euclid- Hitachi R65C -422LD or Cat 773E dumpers

Scope of work:
These trucks are recommended to operate in Akashat open cast mine for phosphate deposit of
sedimentary origin and working altogether with face shovel Liebherr H 984 C Litronic or Wheel
loaders (Kawasaki 115Z or Cat 988H) to haul phosphate rocks extracted by shovels and moving
on off high way roads to dump in the crusher station located 3 Km from the quarry. These trucks
must be able to be driven over rough terrains and off of paved roads to reach destinations of
loading and dumping areas.

Terrain:
Akashat Phosphate Mine located in the western part of Iraq (desert) which arises about 600 meters
above main sea level, represented by a flat land interspersed with some rather valleys and hills,
especially in stone quarries and not exceeding a height of 20 meters.

Climate:
Climate mainly continental climate is characterized by being hot and dry in general mostly desert
like with mild to cold winters and dry hot and cloudless in summer with temperatures up to 55C.
Winters last from December to February and are mild and sometimes rainy, with temperatures
ranging from 5 to 20C.

Operation manual, service manual, parts catalog and CD parts catalog
for machine, two copies each.
Required software for the machine (if possible).
Training
Bid winner is committed to arrange a visit for 3 persons at
least to the manufacturer company abroad.
Supplier is committed to give on site trucks operator
training program for 10 days (80 hours) to gain
familiarization and understanding of machine controls and
to learn proper operating procedures ...
Warranty:
All above trucks are subject to a one-year limited warranty.
