Joel Pasley, CSI,ASQ,BEC,ASHE

Joel Pasley, CSI, ASQ, BEC, ASHE

Regional Quality Assurance Director
JE Dunn Construction
Kansas City, MO
College: Kansas State University

Mr. Pasley has been with JE Dunn Construction for 9 years, all as the Regional QA
Director. His father was a Civil Engineer and he started working for him when he
was in middle school, so he has been a part of the industry for nearly 35 years. Being
around construction that long, Joel has certainly seen enough things to know how important it is to do things the right way on a jobsite.
He joined CSI about 8 years ago and he definitely finds it useful to be involved with
the program. The learning opportunities available and the networking are what he
finds to be the most beneficial parts of being an active member of CSI. The Product
Tradeshow Expo is also something that Joel enjoys and finds value in attending each
year.
Joel has been married to his wife, Dana, for 24 years and they have a son, Josh, who is
a sophomore in college at Highland, Kansas Community College. Josh also plays college football and is currently trying to decide which school hed like to attend next
year to continue his athletic career and finish his degree. In their spare time, he and
his wife enjoy traveling and following their son around during his football season to
make sure they are present for as many of his games as possible. Joel also says that
he enjoys working on many different DIY projects around his house, but like his job
title would suggest, he always has to make sure everything is perfect.
