Help
Naturally I will repeat this information rather frequently, during the course.
First of all, do not be scared!
If you follow the course with the right mood and you invest some time in the
different activities, you will surely succeed. I can guarantee that.
The assessment of your learning process is made up of three components:
1. A first partial exam at the end of Week 4. This exam will contain questions
and exercises similar to the ones you can find in the previous weeks.
This corresponds to 40% of the final grade.
2. A final exam at the end of the course, after Week 7. The exam will cover
Weeks 5, 6 and 7.
This corresponds to 40% of the final grade.
3. Four (4) home assignments, in Weeks 3-4-5-6.
You will have the possibility to drop one of them.
The total weight of these assignments is 20%.
Grades range from 0 (minimum) to 100 (maximum).
The passing grade is 55.
What are the deadlines?
The deadline is essentially one: June 30th 2014.
It is not important when you solve the exams or the assignments. What is
fundamental is that you complete all your tests by the end of June.
So...no stress ;-)
