Note: BD polypropylene 15 ml & 50 ml conical tubes are manufactured and tested to withstand the rated G force. They are tested
using a Fiberlite F13S-14x50CY rotor with appropriate adapters. Tubes are tested using room temperature water filled to nominal
capacity. Many factors impact the ability of BD tubes to withstand high G force, including the density, temperature and volume of
the fluid, as well as the rotor. BD recommends that you test the particular spin conditions and fluids to be used when running at
high RCF values.
