Tasha Smith reported to the police that she was being paid less than her male counterparts at Taylor Insurance. When she spoke to her boss, Jonathon Taylor, about it, he denied any wrongdoing. The police interviewed Smith's boss, who seemed nervous, and two other Taylor Insurance employees, who both implied there may be a gender inequality in salaries. The police will further investigate and question Taylor and other executives to address the potential gender pay inequality issue.
