Bellows Family Overnight Campout and Campfire January 29-January 31 Vi Bellows Recreational Area, Waimanalo 7 Come Camp with us! This is an opportunity for Girl Scout families to camp for the weekend. This is a Family camp, so individual GS families can attend as well as troops. Families bring their own tent, cooking apparatus, chairs, food, etc and have a camping adventure! If a Troop wants to attend (without Parents), they must adhere to the Girl Scout rules for camping (TCT Trained, First Aider). Arrival and departure times: Arrive anytime between Fri, Jan 29th after 3pm and leave Sun, Jan 31 before 1:00pm There will be a group Potluck, campfire with flag disposal ceremony, smores/hot chocolate, Saturday evening. All other activities/meals are on your own. @ There will be a $5 per tent per night cost to cover campsite rental and campfire (payable at the event). The campsite reservation cost has increased from last year. Military issued passes are required for all non-military persons 16 years and older. You will be asked to provide Name and Birthdate for all campers (16 years and old Send inquiries to nmiller@ema-inc.com. Required information must be received by January 21* for passes. No late non-military registrations will be allowed. If you have a US Flag that needs to be disposed of properly, let us know and we will provide a ceremony for it’s disposal. Camping will go on even if the weather isn’t ideal, unless the campground closes — which doesn’t happen often. Registration is commitment to pay the fee, if you choose not to attend past 1 week prior to the campout, you will still be required to pay.
