Hersey-Blanchard Leadership Model:


Depending on the situation & maturity level of constituents, the
leader decides how much task direction and relational support to
give.
At the start when readiness is lower your task behaviour will be
higher and taper off and relationship behaviour gradually
increases and tapers off as well as the constituents increase in
their maturity/competence and motivation for the task
