Board Exercises

Pupils were able to define what is asked by the teacher and they are able to
give examples. It is appropriate because the grade I pupils will be able to
understand the lesson well if the teacher begins from simple to complex
problems. The pupils will not be overwhelmed by the difficulty because the
teacher introduced it gradually.
The teacher made use of the chalkboard to give exercises problems for the
pupils to solve. These problems stimulate critical thinking and enhance
problem solving skills of the child since the topic was about math
The teacher explains the concepts and the steps on how to divide decimal
numbers. It is appropriate because at this stage, the child is dependent on
the teacher for instruction and guidance. This is the most common method
used by elementary teachers
The teacher is the one who lectures the pupils about the topic. This is
appropriate because it will encourage class participation and interaction
among the pupils
Pupils are able to execute/show proper procedures in solving the problems
in the board.
