Open discussion Paul Smith President of the Chauncey’s HOA Minutes: ‘The last home owners meeting was held on January 16, 2008. I was not able to attend the ‘meeting and in my absence another person took the mimmtes. There have been several attempts to get a copy of the minutes from the January meeting without any success. We do know all agenda items were covered and the officers and I are very sorry that we do not have those official minutes to share. We have truly tried to obtain them.
