first assessment I administered was a Multiple Intelligence questionnaire. In this assessment I
learned that child B is equallyWord Smart and Math Smart. This makes sense because she is very
advanced in Language Arts and Math.

2. The second assessment I administered was a student interest inventory. From this assessment I
learned that child B enjoys Math, Science, art and reading. I also learned that child B does not live with
her parents. She has many friends in class, and loves to talk. She likes dogs. She is a very affectionate
person, and likes to give hugs to her friends, and my dyad partner and I.

third assessment I administered was an anecdotal record. I Iearned from these records that child B
leaves her seat and visits with her classmates multiple tirnes during the day. She is told every Wednesday
constantly to sit down and return to her seat. However, her teacher keeps her on a desk all by herself,
without anyone to talk with, and this desk placement could be a reason why she often leaves her seat.

Through my assessments I have learned a lot about child B, which could help me come up with a plan to
keep child B in her seat.
