Systems Administrator (Information Assurance Training Level II)
As a member of the System Support Division for Naval Warfare Development Command I help to provide all
aspects of end user support. I troubleshoot any hardware, software, and networking issues ensuring timely
resolution and overall satisfaction. Most of the support I provide is during events that are held at different sites
around the world over WAN links and in real time. It generally involves many new users, need for special software
builds, and it creates an extremely fast paced work environment. A few of the issues we support are, but not
limited to, shared file/folder permissions, replacement of failed workstation and server components, account
management through Active Directory, E-Mail support via Microsoft Exchange, and general questions or issues
regarding network use, setup, and capabilities along with possible solutions.
