LESSON CONTENT & PROGRESSIONS

Students spread out around classroom.
Students approach other students and
ask, excuse me, what are you doing?
The student being asked the question
responds with a fitness exercise they
want the questioner to perform for 10
reps. The questioner then may be
approached by someone and be asked,
excuse me what are you doing? The
questioner would then have to do
what the person tells them. This
activity will continue for roughly 3-5
minutes.

quick and show the class your favorite
pose? What kind of cues do we have to
remember when doing this pose? I also
heard a lot of great peer feedback
throughout the lesson, complimenting
each other on our poses. Great job,
today, everybody!
