Speech Competition wrap-up:

Congratulations to all participants in the Speech Competition, Amazing speeches!
Special thanks to all participants, speakers, helpers, parents and attentive audience members you
were all great Mashallah!

Important Updates
December Break will be from Dec 19 to Jan 5.

Class work
Language: This month students will wrap up
newspaper writing and focus on poetry
writing. We will analyze and create our own
poems based on a variety of texts.

Math: Students have completed their unit of fractions and decimals. They will
begin Data Management.
Science: Students will begin their focus on dangerous chemicals. They will
explore how humans use chemicals and their effect on the environment.

Geography: Students will be focusing on natural

and renewable resources. Students will also focus
on sustainability and their own ecological footprint.

Islamic Studies: Students will learn about the

importance of charity and giving back to our communities.
