Dissociative identity disorder is a psychiatric diagnose and
describes a condition in which a person displays multiple
distinct identities or personalities (known as alter egos or
alters), each with its own pattern of perceiving and
interacting with the environment

DID person is one who has two or
more personalities. DID
commonly caused by sexual
abuse in childhood. Every DID
person has one true personality
who recognizes the other
personalities. The objective of
nursing process is to merge all the
fake personalities into one true
personality. The key point is nurse
have to be really patient to the
client
