Reflections from the

lesson

This lesson actually ended up being split into two classes, but the relays
worked really well and gave students a chance to practice a bunch of skills.
This lesson also gave me a really good opportunity to see each student
participate and didnt allow students to get lost in the crowd and avoid
participating. They were all very engaged and the feedback I got from
students was overall pretty good. Admittedly relay races are not the most
exciting gym class, but it was a good way to switch things up and have a
little more controlled of a lesson.
