Dust extraction system for intake pits

Description of the process:

The dust-loaded air occurring during tipping grains from the lorries into
the intake pit will be sucked-off and cleaned by the dust extraction system. The cleaned air is led back to the environmental. The grain dust flows
directly back into the intake pit. Dust collecting systems can be omitted.

Construction:
The dust extraction system consists of individually installed modules. Every single module forms is a self-contained unit with fan and filtering bag.
The polyester filtering bags will be cleaned by compressed air. On each fan
is a sound absorber for pipes. The modules can be expanded within any
length between 8 and 18 m.The standard supply is based on a galvanised
steel sheet constrtuction, painting in different colours is possible.

from each other, modules can be expanded based on demand.
large filter area on mean filter load.
high air flow rate.
uniform air distribution and air suction due to individual fans on each
module.
direct set-up possibility above the intake pit, respectively set-up beside the intake pit.

The PETKUS Dust Extraction system is a dedusting system for intake pits
constructed in modular design. The intake pit is dedusted by a bag filter
with automatic cleaning. The extraction system is installed directly above
the intake pit. When tipping the lorries the occurring dust can immediately be sucked off.
