Locus of Control
People with external locus of control believe that everything is out their control and
people cannot avoid the inevitable. Individuals with internal locus of control believe that they are
in charge of their destiny. I have internal locus of control I believe that people make their own
destiny. In my career, people do make their own destiny and career path. Healthcare managers
are expected to show their employees that they are a leader and capable of being the leader they
want. Internal locus of control are most likely motivational speakers and individuals that boost
their employees self-esteem.
