Factor to consider while looking for job

Qualifications and Experience
Don't apply for jobs you're simply not qualified for. It's fine
to push things a little if you're not an exact fit, but applying
for jobs that require a doctorate when you only have a high
school diploma is a waste of everybody's time.

Salary (including if there is a bonus scheme)

Consider if the salary offered in your job offer contract is
suitable. If you think you are worth more, or that the salary
offered is particularly low, you should contact your
employer to discuss the potential for the figure to be
increased.

The Environment
Weigh the pros and cons of working for a corporation, an
agency, a non-profit, or a startup. Theyre very, very
different environments, and its important to decide which
youd thrive in.

Stability
Look into the stability of the companies to which you
apply. If you're sending your resume to larger firms, check
the business pages of news websites and trade industry
magazines to find out how they're faring.
