AT HOBOKEN UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER
MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2010
2:00 P.M. UNTIL 9:00 P.M.
SUPPY IS LIMITED * FIRST COME * FIRST SERVED
• THE VACCINE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE
GENERAL PUBLIC
• THE CLINIC WILL PROVIDE THE SECOND DOSE FOR CHILDREN
9 YEARS OF AGE AND BELOW WHO REQUIRE A SECOND
IMMUNIZATION PURSUANT TO THE CDC GUIDELINES OF 21—28
DAYS AFTER THEIR INITIAL VACCINATION
• PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC IF YOU ARE SICK
Vaccines for 6 to 35 month old children are preservative-free. Vaccines for 3 years and
older contain trace amounts of thimerosol, a preservative. Minors must be accompanied
by parent or guardian. Vaccines will not be administered to minors without parental con-
sent. Children 9 years old and under will require a second immunization in 21 to 28 days
pursuant to CDC guidelines. The City of Hoboken anticipates the holding of another clinic
for this age group, but you may also receive the second dose from
another healthcare provider. Street closures and no parking will be in effect on 3rd St. be-
tween Clinton St. and Willow Ave. from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and no parking on the
east side of Clinton St. between 3rd and 4th streets, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
