Directions: For the next month you will be participating in a rigorous 35 day photography challenge. You will
be required to capture/create one photograph a day based on the given title for that day. Simply put, I provide
the title, you provide the image. You may use ANY photographic process/technique you would likeYou will be
given a daily grade (20 points) based on quality, concept, craftsmanship and completion.
End Of Week Critiques: At the conclusion of each week the class will conduct a critique in order to assess
weekly progress. Work can be presented to the class via class blog, digital folder, Instagram, or by reviewing
prints. Special Rules: 1. Two of the days may be created using non-photographic art methods (yes, they dont
have to be photographs) 2. If you miss a day (unexcused) and/or you are not prepared for your daily capture
grade you will be automatically docked 5 points. 3. *3 of the images you create in this unit are designated as
Students Choice. In the five days labeled as Students Choice, you only need to create 3 images based on
a title you create/choose. Please start with the title then shoot. 4. For the exception of Thursdays/Fridays
(which are critique days), class time will be used as an opportunity to utilize school recourses.
