Mission Statement
The purpose or functionality of the Student Organization. The Goal/s and
Intention/s for positive change to the student body and institution in which
organization is associated with and resides. How the organization will achieve its
mandate of serving the student population of said institute. What Campus
involvement and Volunteer Opportunities will the members be able to access and
utilize Event Planning, Partnership, & Hosting skills.

Constitution
Governing Ordinance and Bylaws in which the Student Organization is subject to
adhere by university policies/mandates. The breakdown of how members can run
for Office/Officer positions by the means of Election (every academic year),
Voting (majority vote), Screening Process (Position Application), Candidate Panel
of Judges, and Administration Approval to serve as a respectable Representative of
Student Organization. Can include Restrictions and Penalties for Governing Body
who fail to up-hold or violate the Constitution of the Organization; the immediate
replacement of Officer for neglecting ones duties and Oath of Office.

Membership Positions
Head Advisor
- Oversees the productivity of Organization and Advises ALL members on
organizational function and fulfilling Constitution and University policies
President
- Responsible for running ALL meeting/s and reviewing all activities and
opportunities in which Organization can assist, create, or host.
Vice president
- Will set-up in for President if individual is unable to be present at meeting/s
or will be promoted to President; should the occupation require it. Charged
with training purposes for NEW officers and other beneficial leadership
skills
Sectary
- Responsible for documenting and recording ALL meeting/s content; give
credit to member/s who shared their ideas and voice their options to the
well-being of the Organization; History of the Organization
Director of Electronic Communication
- Responsible for the maintenance of ALL Organization material shared and
distributed to OTHER organizations; Up-to-Date social media account/s, and
ensuring ALL members are receiving important information
Director of Finance & Fundraising
- Responsible for the Financial well-being of the Organization to maintain
registration status with institution; funds available for creating and hosting
event/s the organization has committed to by member demand; charged with
submitting funding requests to the respected departments that oversee
student organization funding applications
Director of Community Outreach & Engagement

- Responsible for promoting and assisting Student Organization to be an


active member of the community of the institution and city of residence.
Help promote community event/s and establish partnership to work together,
in hopes of making the community a safe and prospering environment for
learning and expansion.
Director of Donations
- Responsible for seeking alternative means of funding (prizes, promotions,
tabling distribution of factual information, and donations from big & local
business); if funding request is denied or amount requested has been reestimated to provide equal funding opportunities for other Organizations and
respecting the budget of the academic year awarded for Student
Organizational endeavors.
Director of Ambassadors
- Representatives of the Student Organization and serve roles of relation and
liaison of 2 or more governing organization/s. Will represent organization
will high colors and conduct ALL business transactions with a Professional
manner.
General Council Members

The Heart of the Student Organization reputation and future. Members


HAVE officer authority and are not to be overlooked. Members have Equal
Representative in ALL organization activities and discussions. Members are
not to be discouraged and over-talked or over-ruled; each member serves as
a Voice of Reason and keeping Officers in-line, to ensure duties and policies
are being honored- not abuse or greed to power to be ALL-POWERFUL. As
the Governing body of the most members, they have the right to dictate
organization purpose and functionality- if situation calls for majorityexecutive intervention.
