Community Forum- Dates and Time

RECOMMENDATION(S):
By motion of Consent Calendar, approve the dates for the 2015 year Community
Forum .
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the November 4, 2014 City Council meeting, Administrator Schmitz proposed that at
least quarterly beginning in 2015, the Council and public meet with Department
Directors, Managers and the City Administrator to ask any questions on any subject to
the staff. The citizenry can also ask questions of Council. This would alleviate
concerns that the City Administrator is a bottleneck to the flow of information between
the staff and the Council and citizens.

City Administrator Schmitz suggests these meetings be held quarterly, on the second
Tuesday of the second month of each quarter at 4:30 p.m.as follows:
February 13, 2015
May 12, 2015
August 11 , 2015
November 10, 2015
