The Stars and Stripes Party is for turning America back to the ways that our
Founding Fathers intended it to be. We have strayed so far away from our roots. If we
want this country to go down in history as a good one, full of justice, then we must not
dissolve the doctrines that created us in the first place.
Economy- In the past, there have been multiple attempts to fix and grow our
capitalist economy. However, many of those have failed. In order to create a healthier
economy, more jobs must be created, preferably in small businesses. But for more jobs
to be created, we must 1) create a demand for jobs by, for example, promoting/using
technology, and 2) have the will to work. Free money from the government does not
make people want to work for money that they are getting for free anyway. Wise tax
money usage is also very important in a strong economy.
Drug Policy- Even though people should be able to do (to themselves) what they
want to do, if it is wrong and causes problems, like drugs, it should be illegal. Morally,
disconnecting yourself from reality by morphing your mind is frowned upon. The Stars
and Stripes party is anti-drug because drugs cause horrible things like murder, rape, and
theft. The only way to keep drugs illegal is to enforce the laws forbidding them. If the
law is not upheld, it is pointless.
Foreign Policy- In September of 1796, George Washington said, ... It is our true
policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world." It is
best if we, as a nation, stay out of other nations business. Everything will be less
complicated and easier. On the other hand, what about foreign humanitarian issues?
Well, as a superpower of the world, it is our duty to help other people in need. For
example, the Haiti natural disaster incident. We should be able to help without going
into politics.

Domestic Security/Anti-Terrorism- When people hear the word domestic

security they think of police. That is/should not be true. Police bring the criminal (not
would-be criminal) to the judge. Thats it. Domestic security can only be held in the
hands of the people in society; they get to choose to do good or bad. The second
amendment is also brought up. The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is with a good
guy with a gun. Now when debating about anti-terrorism, we must decide one thing: at
what cost? At what cost are we, as a free people, willing to give up our freedom for
security? The Stars and Stripes Party is for freedom. NSA spying is for security, but
in reality, freedom is way more important than the gains made by this spying on
American citizens.
Science and Technology- Science and technology is very important; it is what
pulled us up to the superpower of the world level. In order to remain a superpower with
a healthy economy, the U.S. must continue with the advancement in this critical field.
Plus, more jobs will be created and countless new discoveries will be made.
Civil Rights and Equal Rights- All men are created equal. Everyone in the U.S.
has the same rights, under the law of the land. Equal rights does not mean everyone is
equal in every way possible, as in communist countries; everyone gets paid the same and
everyone is a number, not a face. Equal rights is equal opportunities. For example,
everyone will have the chance (under the Stars and Stripes Party) to success, but that
does not mean that everyone will take it.
Environment- The environment is very special. It is where we have made our
home, so we must protect it and keep it strong. However, under the Stars and Stripes
Party, we want our nation to grow and become fruitful. There is so much open range in
America, overpopulation is not an issue. Forests should not need to be protected, we
must just do it anyway, conservatively.
Welfare and Social Programs- The perfect economy will not have Welfare or
social programs of any sort, but nothing is perfect. The Stars and Stripes does recognize
that some social programs are needed. For example, returning veterans who put their
lives at risk so that freedom can be enjoyed in America may not be able to get a job right

away for many reasons, like disabilities. They need some assistance, but as soon as they
do get a job, the government should stop handing them money. Under this party, these
programs will be few and becoming a working American will be encouraged.
Education- Children are the future, therefore, their education must be a top
priority. In the global community, America has fallen behind in education, so in
technology as well. America can do better than what it is currently doing. The Stars and
Stripes stands for more tax money going towards education, but at the same time
education belonging to the states.
Health Care- Health care is imperative to life; it is also not in the U.S.
Constitution, so this power is left up to the states and private companies. There are a
few reasons why the issue of health care should be left to private organizations. For one,
it keeps the government less involved and controlling. And two, it created jobs and
growth for private business owners.
Jobs- Everyone agrees that the creation of jobs helps the economy. But we dont
all agree on how to do that. To create jobs, there must be a demand in a certain field,
such as technology; an increase in demand in technology will create jobs. Minimum
wage must also not be increased. When this happens, employers pay their workers
more, they cant afford to keep as many workers, they fire many, and then there are
more people on welfare, a program where the honest tax payer pays someone to do
nothing.
Immigration- The Stars and Stripes has no problem with people, from any
country, entering the U.S. legally. Illegals should not be allowed because they are illegal!
If America does not enforce this law, then people illegally immigrating here see that the
border is porous and that the law is not enforced. If people do not complete the
American citizenship test, then they will not be granted citizenship or will be deported.
Taxes- Taxes are collected by the government to spend on things that the country
as a whole needs. Right now the U.S. is trillions of dollars in debt. There is only one way
this could have happened, and that is unwise spending. It is simple, if you do not have
money, you cant spend it. The government must spend Americans money wisely. Also,

there should be less taxes so that more hard-earned money stays with the worker, not to
the federal government.
National Debt and Budget- To truly be a prosperous nation, we must be wealthy,
in all areas. When it does come to money, the greatest country on Earth should not be
trillions of dollars in debt, but making money. In order to correct our national debt, our
nations leaders must set a well-organized budget. Really, we should only spend
taxpayers money on the essentials, like a strong military. There should be no more
spending critical dollars on ridiculous programs.
Abortion- Abortion is the murder of an innocent child. If killing a baby is prochoice, then can a mass murderer have the choice to do their killing? It doesnt
matter if the baby is still connected to the mothers body, it is the taking away of a
human life. The Stars and Stripes will not allow murder of any kind to go unpunished.
The consequence of murder is the death penalty.
