Ok. So today we are going to talk about predictions


and intentions.
For this we use going to. In this PPT we can see
examples of the use of this tense called idioamtic
future
Maybe you will think that is the same that the use
of the simple rpesent, but is not. In here there are
some clarifications for this confusion. (t. shows use
of will)

PRODUCTION
T. ask the ss to write a quick list of five
definite plans using be going to.
T. Puts students in pairs, and have them take
turns stating their plans. When partner A
explains a plan, partner B should make a
prediction. When As list is exhausted, they
can switch roles. Partner B reads a statement
with a plan, and A makes a prediction.

Ok. Now you I will put a video in which you will


have to listeng and complete the following extract
I will give to you. You can look at the images of the
video to make an idea if you do not understand
very well what they pple are saying.

an item I have in my bag and then you have to
predict what Im going to do with that item.

Now in pairs. Student A read his predictions to ss B
and then student B has to make predictions about
the sentences student A makes for example
