Do Not make the nut too tight, or leave it too loose. 55 Place mess guard on bowl Problem and Solution Here are some troubleshooting lips i you have any problems working with your Cotton Candy machine Machine is not operating + Make sure machine is connected propery. 1+ Mae sure switch is "ON" + Check thatthe bowd is installed correcly. Remove and reposition the bowl ond make sur it locks into ploce. + The machine may be overheated (and inthe cool-down cydel, woit 15 minutes and try ogain ‘+The spinner cover or the spinner are not placed properly. Remove them ond reinstall ‘+The spinner may be jammed, proceed with clean-up steps and try gain Machine is operating but not making cotton candy ‘+ Moke sure machine is lean (peaticularly he spinner). + Make sure the 10 minute warm up hos been given, before adding suger + Moke sure ho ari blowing out ofthe spinner cover, by placing your hand over the bow without touching it ‘Add some sugar. I he sugor sprays ou, then the machine is not hot enough. If sugar does not spray ou, then woit 3 minutes. Floss should begin to oppear + Ifyou have been using the machine, and de not feel heat blowing cut, then the machine may have overheated, and the safety may have come on. Wait about 10 minutes to allow for cool-down. (if You are using the machine in o warmer climate, this could happen more Frequently ‘+ IF the mochine is not producing coton condy afer waiting 15 ‘minutes, and the machine ond its ports are clean, try again in a warmer room. (Remember: work in a room temperature of 68-75 degrees Fahrenheit). Ifthe machine is turning slowly, and/or does ‘not recover in less than a minute, you may have put foo much sugor into the spinner. Follow clean up steps ond try again, + Ifthe machine sprays sugar, there may be too much sugar in the spinner. Stop odding sugar ond wot forthe spinner to empty + Fthe machine stort o clog, the granules ofthe sugar you are using may be to large for the machine to melt. Switch the machine
