OBJECTIVES:
Psychomotor
1. The student will follow the rhythm movements during the lesson focus as demonstrated by the
instructor.
Cognitive
1. The student will be able to identify what body parts are being stretched during the cool down that is
demonstrated by the instructor.
Affective
1. The student will be able to coordinate movements with a partner during the lesson focus as
demonstrated by the instructor.

The pins gathered are to be attached to
their own clothes
Once students has no more pins, they can
partner up with someone that still has pins.
They can protect their partner and help
tag/take clothespins from others.
Teaching Hints
Take it step by step
Slow and in sections
Doesnt matter who is first partner or
second partner
Doesnt matter what arm they use to punch
Doesnt matter what side they turn to
Have fun with the FLEX POSES; they are
random, whatever the kids want to do
Tell them they can copy yours if theyd
like
