In our Initial Proposal my team mate Noah and I already had a pretty good idea as of
what we wanted to include in our project. We thought that it should include some back ground
on Henry Ford just so the audience has a good idea of the type of person we are talking about.
Once the back ground is covered we will discuss how ford came to be including the experimental
cars and also Fords involvement in the racing community which gave him the name to really
kick start Ford Motor Company. I think it be good to go into detail about how Ford Motor
Company started because that has a lot to do with how successful it became.
After talking about the start of Ford Motor Company we will talk about the progress of
the company. After conducting research I feel that we should make sure to include details about
the innovation of the assembly line with in Ford Motor Company and also go into how Ford
treaded his workers. Finally we decided we would conclude with how Ford affected the
Company in his last years and I feel that we should include how he affected the company and the
car Industry after he died. None of my research really surprised me but it did show that I should
include a little more information about certain topics such as his early years, involvement in
racing, the assembly line, treatment of workers, and effects on Ford Motor Company and the car
industry.
