Theme
The movie introduces the viewer to the concept of power and politics in the
organizational setup and how it is used to manipulate facts and figures. It also provides
an opportunity to test the waters as far as group dynamics are concerned. Conflict and
stress too form a major part of the plot as they tend to influence individual as well as
group decisions. We attempt to analyze each of the above stated phenomena from
the purview of the protagonist as well as the other supporting members of the cast
which, we hope, will provide us a better insight of the intricacies involved in the
functioning of an organization. Apart from this, we also want to explore the role of an
individual within an organizational context.
