Authorizing that Kim Lim & James Yu will never pay Income Tax.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That Kim Lim and

2. James Yu shall not pay any Income Tax. This is due to the low Income they receive to
3. provide their families the supplies they need..
