Del Mar Club Condominium Complex: Wet Vent Pipe System Rehabilitation
Location: Naples, Florida
Situation:

This seven-story condominium complex, which was built in

the late 1960s, experienced chronic failures in its lateral and
vertical wet vent pipes, due to cracks and clogs within the
pipes. Management originally chose a repipe, but the process
was incredibly expensive and destructive to the bathrooms.

Solution:

The Nu Drain system was the ideal solution for the customer,
since the wet vent lines access was very restrictive. Nu Flows
patented Pull-in-Place process was used to prevent the need
to destroy walls and floors inside the homes. The customer
was very pleased with our cost-effective solution.
