How to make Mango pulp or Aamras.(rama)


Mango is the one of favorite fruit in india, mango pulp can be use for mango ice cream, mango lassi
etc.
If the mangoes that you pick are sweet, use less amount of sugar or use as per your taste. We have
two big sized mango and cup sugar. you can use many mango as you want for making mango pulp.
Adjust the sugar quantity as per the mangos own sweetness.
Peel mango skin and extract the mango pulp, you can use any type of mango in this recipelike
alphonso, safeda etc.
Add mango pulp and sugar in the grinder jar and grind it into a smooth paste.
Run this mango paste through a sieve to filter out any mango threads and any ungrinded pieces.
Use a spatula or spoon to stir the mango paste while filtering.
And now mango pulp is ready, you can refrigerate it and can be use for 2-3 days.

How to make Amla Powder.


Amla powder is very useful for your hair, skin, digestion and high blood preasure. To make 100 gram
amla powder need 50 gram dry amla and 50 gram mishri (you can use sugar also).
First, grind all them into a fine powder. And then mix it well.
Amla powder is ready, you can keep it in the air tight container and can be use for 6 months.

How to make Sabutdana kheer


For 2 people:
-

3 cups of milk
cup of sabutdana, put sabutdana in the water for hour, and then rinse all water.
2 tea spoon almond (finely chopped) and 2 tablespoon raisins
1 table spoon sugar.

Take a pan, add milk and boil in the high flame


After boil, add sabutana and cook on the small flame for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally
to avoid any burns.
After 10 minutes sabutana will become fluffy, keep cooking for 5 minutes so the milk get thick.
After 5 minutes add sugar, raisin and almond. Mix well and let it cook another 2 minutes.
And now sabutdana is ready to serve..
