Missing Statement

Peter,
It appears that the police have failed to turn over the statement of Linda Allard in the matter of State v. Taupier.
It is apparent that Linda contacted Judge Bozzuto but her statement is missing from the file. As there is great
public interest in what appears to be a false arrest and filing of false affidavits, the statement by Linda is of great
interest. The police state that they obtained a written statement from Allard. That much is known and is in the
public domain.
Please find the missing statement so the public can see what is going on in this matter. Given Brenda stated
publicly that Taupier really did not threaten Bozzuto, it is curious as to why the statement document is missing.
There should be a statement from Linda Allard dated 28 August 2014 as reported by DeJesus #494. Please
share with the public.
