Travel
Each official will be paid travel reimbursement based on the location of each school in the district
in relationship of location in either a 20, 30, or 40 radius of 4986 Sycamore in Dallas Texas.
Schools located inside the 20 mile radius will pay a $12 fee.
Schools located inside the radius of 20-39 mile will pay a $15 fee.
Schools located inside the radius of 20-39 mile will pay a $15 fee.

Schools located inside the radius of 30-40 mile will pay a $18 fee.
Schools that have been approved for the Metro plan by DBOA but are located outside of the 40
mile radius will pay a travel fee of $25 per official regardless of distance.
No other expenses will be paid to an official unless agreed to by all parties and those
expenses will not exceed standards established by UIL/TAPPS
