With consent and recommendation from Arsenio III F Meneses, Secretary for Communications
Management, I am pleased to announce the new associate secretary of the Department of
Communications Management in the student government.

I thank Ms Fusilero for sharing her valued time during her erstwhile stay as Associate Secretary for
Communications Management. She remained instrumental to the success of select initiatives made by the
department. I wish Ms Fusilero a blessed journey ahead of her.

I warmly welcome Mr Tiu as the new addition in the roster of associate department secretaries of the
student government. I thank him for accepting the challenge in providing selfless service, uplifting the
quality of representation, and sustaining empowerment to the XU-AdC student body despite his young
age. As one community, let us wish Mr Tiu all the best in the last five months of the current
administration.
