Introduction: This practical work is done at SQ Hues Ltd, Valuka, Mymenshing . In
this assignment is shown the cotton yarn dyeing recipe making procedure at lab.
Object of this assignment: To practically and directly know how to make the dyeing
recipe making in textile factory before start the bulk production.
Cotton yarn recipe making procedure:





















Yarn
Scouring / Bleaching
Take 5 gm Sample
Take Normal water wash
Take dyes and salt in reaction pot
Immerse the sample in the pot
Enter the pot in Machine for dyeing at 60 c at 60 minute
During dyeing middle time (30-40 min) add soda dosing
After completed the dyeing take normal and hot wash
Drying at oven
Check the shade for take decision for bulk production
