Casting Call

Task:
You have been hired as Casting Directors for the next big Dystopian
film release, The Chrysalids. Your job is to determine five (5)
significant characters from the book. You will cast the role with
whichever actor you believe fits the description and include
supporting evidence. Also, your team has been hired to design the costumes for
each character. Not only that, you will have to choose a theme song to
represent the film.
Purpose:
The purpose is to collaborate as a group while examining character traits and
using supporting details from the text.

Format: Mind map or Collage or both.
It must include:
Pictures and names of the actors
Character traits and 2 quotes to support (dont forget page numbers)
Costume for each character
Short explanation justifying the costume choices
Theme song (classroom appropriate) and explain why it relates (reflects
the mood, lyrics, etc.)
Colours and organization
Title of the film
