Wrist Circles

gently rotate the wrists. *


Clench & Fan
make a tight fist & hold for
five seconds. Release smoothly,
extending the thumb & fingers. *
Thumb Stretch
With the left hand, gently pull the
thumb of the right hand
away from the hand & down. *
Massage
each hands palm & fingers
with the opposite hand.
Wrist Stretch
With the left hand, grasp the
right hands fingers & gently
pull the fingers back. *
