On October 9, 2014, The Trustee for The Oil Lamp Trust accepts and acknowledges into The Oil Lamp #5 holding Trust, by Quit Claim Deed found at The Sullivan County Registry of Deeds Doc#0004948 Book 1926 Page 0842, a certain tract of land, with any improvements thereon, situated off Cash Street in Croydon, Sullivan County, State of New Hampshire, being Lot 5, containing 12.7 acres, more or less, as shown on a plan entitled "Proposed Subdivision and Annexation for Ironwood Development, Cash Street, Croydon, Scale 1" = 100' , Revised April, 1988 and November, 1988" which plan was prepared by Twin State Surveys (Allen L. Wilson, L.L.S.) and is recorded with the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds in Plan file 2, No. 23, Pocket 14 and Folder 3, reference to which may be made for a more particular description. the location of The Oil Lamp #5 holding Trust shall be Post Office Box 741, Grantham, New Hampshire 03753.
