Repair instruction power board PL E511S

-Optical control of components C11, C13, C22, C23, C12, C24.

-Check if ECN-2219-A is done.
-If ECN-2219-A is not realized, but capacitors are OK than only the extra isolation of ECN-
2219-A should be realized.
-Very important is to check at solder side the legs of components C11, C13, C22, C23, C12,
C24. They must be bent, so that no mechanical peak is visible.
How to realize this? Remove solder cut the leg so that 2mm are looking out from the hole
Bent the leg so that leg lies on the surface of PCB put new solder to connect the part.

-Next Steps have to be done at burnt C11, C13, C22, C23, C12, C24.
On board are independent 2 High voltage circuits.
1) When C12, C13, C11 are burnt (or only one of them), change C12, C13, C11 (plus
extra isolation and bent leg work), change C9 and C10, change the 2 transistors type
2SC5103 (pos no. Q6 and the Q5).
2) When C22, C23, C24 are burnt (or only one of them), Change C22, C23, C24 (plus
extra isolation and bent leg work), change C20 and C21, change transistor Q11 and
Q12.
