Academics

This school has many

academic subjects, which are
English, math, science, social
studies, and Spanish.
Includes in ninth, tenth,
eleventh, and twelfth grade
English students study, grammar,
literary elements, analyze text,
test-taking strategies, note-taking
skills, SAT vocabulary, research
skills, bibliography, and poetry.
In math the students learn
algebra, geometry, trigonometry,
honors calculus, and statistics.
Also most of these topics are
located in the AP classes, too.
For science our school
offers, earth science, living
environment, chemistry, physics,
and forensics.
Included in social studies
is global I-II, global III-IV, US I
& II, participation in government,
economics, and advanced
placement United States history.

Frank Sinatra School of Arts offers
many academic and artistic programs. Tony
Bennett and his wife Susan Benedetto
founded this school. Included in the school
are a concert hall, two black box theaters, a
stagecraft workshop, two dance studios, two
art studios, an art gallery, orchestra
classrooms, recording booths, private
practicing rooms, a technology lab, and an
outdoor performance garden. Mr. Bennetts
wife, who was a public school teacher,
inspired this performing arts school. The
reason for the name Frank Sinatra School of
Arts is because Sinatra was Tony Bennetts
colleague and friend. This school was a
tribute to Frank Sinatra.

General Information
This performing arts school has many
different opportunities. They have many
different clubs, which are helping hand club,
community service club, and gay-straight
alliance club. They also offer after-school
and Saturday tutoring. In fact, they have a
National Honor Society. In addition, they
have a fundraising committee, yearbook,
prom, and magazine clubs. This school has a
girls basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, and
volleyball team. The boys have baseball,
basketball, and soccer team.
