HCPSS has adopted the Common


Core Curriculum for Language Arts.
The students will use of a variety of
ction and nonction te!ts.
Science" Social Studies" and Health

Language Arts.

direct instruction" they will engage

practiced each day.
E!tra reading support is provided
for any children who need it.
Students are expected to read
nightly for homework. Look for

complete mandatory volunteer training
prior to attending a eld trip.
