Due to less paint in Vista Model at
bonnet edges, where paint was less.
DFT was in range of 43 to 48.
Required DFT Range { 55 70}
Primer Run down in internal
Areas of Vista model increased due
to white primer less viscosity at 45
micron for improved hiding of
Porcelain white color in base coat
Due to Manpower Change , IPA
mark increased in door vertical
zone at press line, Focus on their
OJT increased.
Fouling in Internal bonnet jig and
tailgate and pipe fouling in sidewall
from Sitaphale side due to his
unawareness.

1. 400 micron paper is making maximum consumption per car due to
black sealer & ED Drops and defects, we suggested to use first Run
down cutting tool then finish the surface with orbital sander , which
minimized the paper consumption per car.

2. 400 paper after use in orbital sander , is reused for external sanding in
hand sanding pads as 800 paper.

3. Roof ditch defects are controlled from Roof Ditch manual filling
station, If excess sealer ,waviness comes, that is refilled manually at
RDS instead repair in primer sanding.
