Year 2 ThaoDien Unit of Inquiry 2 Overview

Sharing the planet: An inquiry into rights and responsibilities in the struggle to share finite resources with other people
and with other living things; communities and the relationships within and between them; access to equal opportunities;
peace and conflict resolution.

Year 2 will continue their next VLC topics with Transportation and Colours.
During VLC lessons, the students will learn how to:
-Name different vehicles in Vietnamese
-Give simple directions
-Sing a vehicle song : Em tp li t
The students will also learn 8 colours (red, yellow, blue, green, pink, orange, black and white) and apply their newly learnt
vocabulary to describe their favourite vehicle.

*Culture focus: VIETNAMESE TEACHERS DAY
