Understanding OSPF Neibour Relationship

Hello Messages are sent on OSPF enabled interfaces.

Once every 10 seconds on Point to Point or Broadcast Networks.
Once every 30 seconds on NBMA Networks.
Hello Contains following info:
Router ID
Router Priority
DR/BDR IP Address
Neibours
Must Match the following
Hello and Dead Timer
Network Mask
Area ID
Authentication Password
