DT test analysis
Alasbhi is the No.1 high EVDO traffic site in sanaa,we expanded this site

second EVDO carrier in 23rd July.
The chart show that after expand the second EVDO carrier,the throughput is
improved abviously, the Average value from 268.5kbps increase to
549.3kbps.the percentage of throughput more than 300kbps from 46.87%
increase to 69.74%.

The chart show that after expand the second EVDO carrier,
Average User Experience Rate of carrier 7 is improved , the
average value is from 130.64kbps increase to 167.7kbps,the rate is
promoted 28.4%.
The average online users of carrier 7 from 58.5 decrease to
28.5 ,and the average online users of carrier 6 is 39.1.

Suggestion:
Modify NODATAMAXPCT and RABTHR in all the EVDO carriers.
Focus on base optimization work, continually implement neighbor cells and top N cells optimization.
Expand second EVDO carrier for the high EVDO traffic sector and expand Abis bandwidth at the same time .
Launch the EVDO service in the weak EVDO coverage area in sanaa city.

Conclusion:
Evaluated Yemen Mobile EVDO performance and constitute the EVDO evaluation standard.
Analyzed current EVDO network issues and provided the solution proposal, improved EVDO network performance and
resource utilization.
Analyzed the EVDO network deeply, provided the effective suggestion of Yemen Mobile EVDO network development.
Accumulate experience for Yemen Mobile EVDO optimization for the future work.
