manager with Salim and Nasir Transport Company (First 2 months as transport
executive) from 10/10/08 through 30/09/09.

I am familiar with Mr. Waqar’s duties, because I am serving at Salim & Nasir Co as a
Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, I had responsibility for monitoring Mr. Waqar’s
activities during his tenure at Salim & Nasir. The key duties during this time included:

 Responsible for efficient and safe running of vehicles carrying goods on the road.
 Ensuring that the deliveries get to customers on time and in safe condition.
 Supervising drivers and maintenance and administrative staff.
 Making arrangements in case of breakdowns.
 Involved in recruitment and training of staff.

Since he has been employed by us, Mr. Waqar has showed an excellent attitude to his
work, has been a popular member of our team, and contributed to our success. By
implementing a continuous improvement strategy he has made his work an example for
the other departments. He has proved a good trainer and mentor for his staff.
