In ths period I achieve knowledge in diferent ares: ELISA, animal experimentation, cell culture, microbiology and immunology. ‘With ELISA I eart the standard protocol to doit nd the use of different reagents to test the setivity of the sample with the analysis, ‘Animal experimentation is an area Ihad never known before. In this month have assist to ferent works with animals: Feed mice and prepare the cages for them, -Surgry fr spleen autotransplant in mice, In this laboratory they make surgery with Aiferent experimental groups to test the viability of spleen auttransplant Mice infection with M.fovis to test the infectivity and his effet in mice nts ‘experiment they sacrifice mice after one or two months and get spleen lng, iver and othees ‘organs fo fest ytokines, make eytometie studies and histology. Sacrifice mice to gt their heart and sorta artery and compare knock-out for ApoE versus wildtype In cell culture I got some knowledge about the importance of sterilysation andthe preparation of ‘medium, PBS and other solutions.
